The start ended up doing the beer pong balls in the tray and topped it with foam board layed the fiber glass drilled some holes then fill with foam

Used foam board for the side and added expanding foam to fill the void

Was waiting on the rocker kit and picked up a wet jet pipe for cheap so cut it up and got it fit then I got the rocker kit

Got the bond rail built and every thing roughed in then powder coat so parts and got my motor built in between coats of glass

did the final prime fix all my little issue reinforced the inside and painted the inside the flipped it sprayed the bottom and painted the rest only have videos of it right after paint so doesn’t show the best and skips forward to assembly

The finished product all in all great success first water test was a blast super fun to ride cruses good and chases boats perfect

Now time to finish have hood straps I need to install limiting strap for the pole and makeing some removable carbon foot holds before I finish the turf then it’ll be time for the mc numbers and maybe some other decals not sure yet
