sn mid shaft?

I have a mid shaft and bearing for a sn. Should the shaft pull right out of the bearing/housing? Also can the bearings be replaced and where would i get the bearings?

yep you can press out the shaft and change the bearings, make sure you get new seals aswell

the shaft i have in the one i got with the hull just slides in and out and the bearings feel very rough.

it is supposed to be pressed on
if it is loose, you need to pull it apart and replace bearings and seals
