Super Jet sn hood intake mods

id been having a bad bogging issue http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/136307-bogging-bad-off-idle-getting-on-plane I just came to the realization that the problem was it was taking on too much water I got 1 rule 500 maybe I should add another ive checked under the hood for water here and there and it never seemed too wet until last week it went to bogging bad when I got to the dock it had water over the drive shaft so today I spray silicone the hood seal and put duct tape over the vents in the top of the hood left the front ones open worked out pretty good so what im wondering is if there is a good way to add the breather holes to the rear of the hood without removing the liner??

If you are afraid of fiberglass or dont know anyone that knows how to do it i kind of understand. this mod will cost you about 50 bucks

if I had a spare hood id rip the liner out im just lookin for a quick fix to last me the rest of the season

this will definitely do it for you then. then at the end of season the only thing you'll need to do is rip the liner and reinforce the hood all the parts will be reusable.
