Thinking about flat decking my SN.
Anybody know anything I should watch out for when cutting or glassing?
Alos up for suggestions for cut angles or anything else. Possibly removing the back lip while the sawzall is out.
Thanks all,
Andre

Doing mine now. Only major problem is that the exhaust pipe will be too high in the right/front corner of the tray. You'll have to run a custom exhaust pipe, or modify yours so that it sits lower, or go with front or side exhaust.

I removed the part of the back lip that turned down, but still have the horizontal part. I'd keep that because that's where your 2 halves are bonded together. It also gives a nice flat area to glass to.
