SN exhaust flange leaking?

Took my new ski to the river to tune on the trailer, was too excited after running a ski last year with a cracked tray with 30 lbs of water in it running nose high all season I just had to jump on it and give it a test ride. First off everything ran great after a bit of tuning, new hooker 9/15 adds a ton of low end snap compared to stock prop. Scupper valve works awesome, did not have a drop of water in the engine compartment, short x-metal pole will get taking a bit to get used to.
anyways besides all the good stuff I noticed on the exhaust flange at the rear of the ski there’s a water stain and have read these can leak. I notice a littlen puddle in the garage right now near that flange, I don’t want to repeat and get my ski waterlogged again. Can I drill out the rivets and seal that flange with something?
