Just cracks? That's a pretty easy DIY job. You could get a quart sized epoxy resin kit and some fiberglass tape or scraps of cloth and you'll be good to go for cheap. It's certainly no harder than installing footholds and there are hundreds of people that tackle that as their first fiberglass project. Good luck.
