I recently rebuilt the carb, replaced the fuel lines bypassing the selector switch and added an inline fuel filter. Check valve is also good.
Got to the lake and she road the best she ever has for an hour +. After a 30 minute break she wouldn't start. Priming would get it to turn over but wouldn't stay running more than 1-2 seconds. Let her sit another 45-60 minutes and she fires right up and runs great (plugs are a light a brown). Let her sit 20-30 minutes and she wont start again. Any ideas? It feels like it's not getting fuel but I am not sure why? Also the water was 80+ and it was 100+ out side so could it have been the heat sensor? :banghead:
Edit: after some more research it is looking like a stator issue. Luckily Jetmanic sent me one last week so I will get it switched out shortly.
