My ski is bogging down really bad when you first give it gas. Then after you hold it down for a sec. it's take off. I'm guessing it's something with the carbs. Heres my setup.

04 Superjet :201 Worx Intake, Solas 13-15 cutback concord, Blue printed pump, Wet Wolf freestyle cone, Jet works flow control valve, Limited B pipe, ADA head with 35mm domes, msd enhancer, V Force Reeds, Riva reed spacer. Both cylinders are at 190 psi.

My carbs are stock 38's. The only thing that has been changed is the main jet from a 130 to a 135. should my jets or springs be diff?

I have the same problem in my superjet so I am interested to hear any possible solutions. I have been told that mine might be a "hesitation" rather than a bog. Not sure on the exact difference though. Any help on this thread would be appreciated. Thanks for posting it Pyro723.

What kinda fuel you running ? I'm running 1/2 93 and 1/2 sun 104 unleaded. Maybe thats my prob?

I'm running 75 / 135 pilots and mains and didn't touch the pop off. Also on an 04 I installed mod pipe, msd enhancer, and ada head with 35 domes. Stock 38's with primer and had JSS remove the tamper caps. She ran great right out of the box with some minor hi and lo screw adjusting no hesitation / bogging at all. Running 93 octane gas.

Your current springs in the carbs are 115 gram. Change those to 95 g springs (or 90, can't remember)

That should fix it.

Errr......generally, no.

It can be, if you limit your WOT runs to no more than a few seconds at a time. I'd be very careful.
