SXR Skat-Trak Magnum Pump Kawasaki 6 vein

I just bought a Skat-Trak Magnum Pump Kawasaki , the guy I bought it off is not sure if its a 142 or 145 , did skat make a 142 I have not got it yet , so will start looking for a 9/17 or 10/18

Skat does make a 142 mag, but is 12 vein. Are you sure it's a 6 vein? I dont think that's a mag pump, I would call Glen at Skat Trak.

Proabaly an old race pump from back in the day. A 6 vien SS stator pressed in the stock housing,probably a 140 but could've been bored to 142. Good pump.

How do these old mags compare to the new solas 12 vein?

depending on what it is and your engine setup, I run a 145 skat 12 vein with 9/17 impeller with JM781
