SJ tank & waterbox hardware with bumpers

Anyone have any pics or can tell which spots the strap hold-down hardware with the rubber bumpers are supposed go? There's two of them and unfortunately I pulled them and forgot the orientation.

Rubber faces the waterbox, mount to the two inserts that are closes to the middle of the hull.
