stock 2004 engine, been riding her since 2005.. did a few mods.
we modified a race ski with sj 2009, so i took what's left over to make barrel possible with 2004 engine and hull. The hull is heavy. been using since 2005. repair a few times a year with glass fiber.
so anyways, the cylinder and crank's definitely old, it's the original ones. maybe changed less than 6 pistons on the way. sunk a few times when i crashed the boat riding the ramp and learning some other old school tricks like one hand turn sub.
against all odds, with left over parts, we made it! ( no change to the engine! It's where the money is!)

sj 2009 steering nozzle, with a little adjustments made
sj 2009 impeller and workx intake gate (my original impeller was no way usable anymore)
no after market steering plate, so we extended with aluminium plate.
