Does anyone know of a company out there that makes a GOOD cover for SN SJ'S?????

It would be better to buy one from Yamaha Corp than any other manufacturer like Blowsion for your squarenose Superjet. Of course, it will probably be hard to find one specifically for your 91' Superjet. Try to contact your local Yamaha shop for one.

Ive called a couple of yamaha dealers in my and they said they cant get OEM covers for a boat that old...

You should store it with the pole up to save your spring so unless you're trailering it you might want to look into a different option anyway.
