Shipped complete ski from Arlington, Texas to Bakersfield, California this summer with Yellow for $360. They came to my shop, we loaded it with a forklift and it was unloaded at the other end with a forklift.

Shippers will usually charge extra if you don't have lifting equipment.

Have the seller go to a Yamaha dealer and pick up a crate for a V-star 1100 motorcycle. This crate is just about a perfect fit. Screw a couple of 2 x 4's to the inside on the bottom to act as bunks. Also have him ask the dealer for a couple of the non-hooked ratchet tie-downs that machines are tied down inside the crates with. Put one in the rear through the bow (stern) eye and one through the front bow eye. The entire crate should weigh around 370 with no fuel and no battery.

Used ABF, from NC to Alberta, Canada, and It was around 800.00. They were really good to deal with. Some other companies were total *ssholes and even though they were cheaper I decided not to do bussiness with them. Would totally go with ABF again.

My ski is coming from Michigan to Spokane WA I was told it was about $500 to ship with Pilot air. Keeping in mind this is a 245lb setup Not your standard SJ
