scupper valve?

I found this valve laying around in my shop that I am going to use on my scupper valve,I was thinking that I could use this to block off the scupper when it was not being ridden, pics enclosed

I would have installed this on the inside but there was no room because of the rear exhaust

ah man, you just gave me a bunch of ideas of how to make a blockoff for a scupper when the ski is parked thanks! The best of both the one-way and the scupper worlds.
