When do you increase jet size vs lowering pop-off; should I lower pop-off until the carb dribbles fuel, then increase from there until it stops and then put in bigger jets?
I am currently running a Pro-tec 46mm carb

2.3 Needle and I think a 65gr spring. And she is running a bit lean. (spark plugs are white and only turning 6890rpms)
Should I increase to a 2.5 Needle with 65gr spring or increase jet sizes?
61x 718cc, porting, 180psi, coffman pipe, msd, a/m flame arrestor.
