SBN46 needle valve arm

Mikuni manual says to either make the arm flush with the carb body, or raised no more than 1mm.

So - which is right? Or is both right? This affects pop-off and flow capability.

Just what it says. Flat to no more than 1mm. It is called tuning. That is the range you can adjust it for fine tuning.
