Freestyle RRP exhaust In Rickter HELP

I'm installing an RRP exhaust in a new Rickter Edge but am struggling with a couple of things. If anyone has some advice on the following or pics it would be appreciated.

Does the foam block go under the pipe or waterbox?

Does the pipe strap to the top of the hull or they bottom? If the bottom is that where the foam block goes?

Sorry for the idiotic questions but no instructions and not many pics of those areas.

I put the large foam block under the pipe (right about under the poll bracket)... X over the top off the pipe @ the foam with rubber straps and anchore straps to floor of engine bay in the nose area.

I put none under the water box but got water back flow into the engine on certain reboarding situations or when loading ski on the trailer with the nose up

I then added even more foam to the large block and added 3.5 inches foam below the water box and haven't had an issue since...

Fantastic, thanks a bunch. I figured I was on the right track but it can go 100 different ways so it's like mind reading. Haha. Thanks!

Last question. I assume one would leave an air gap where the carbon pipe meets the manifold and waterbox within the hump couplers? Or are they supposed to touch our flush mount?

Jose at RRP said leave a gap....

When you tighten the pipe side clamp the pipe pulls away from the manifold slightly. I might have 1/4 gap... coupler doesn't burn either... if it was a dry pipe
It would burn the coupler....

Some have put a rubber flat gasket between and butted them together..

Iam sure some have them
Butted as well
