If you put that in during a race, what is going to happen when you get to ski's side by side?

Major Insurance liability. Only save Option I would see is use it in conjunction with an equalizer bouy or a "Joker Lane" like they used at the Monster Cup last weekend.

Have a chicken lane that will lose a position or 2 for ya if you bypass the ramp jump. Its all an insurance liability! Right from the rubber band.

I remember after 9/11 the tour in Canada was cancelled / moved into NY state for a few years because they could no longer get insurance.
