just unskrew the flange on the back. mine slid right out but then again i didnt have any foam in it. im sure if the 2 part foam was in there it be a pain to get out

So you are saying it wasn't attached to the bulkhead at all?

Rivets are out, the flange is no longer bonded to the back of the hull but I really don't feel like refoaming this year. Was hoping to just pound it out the back with a rubber mallet then slide it back in and glue/rivet.

green glue i believe. Removed the 3 rivets put a piece of block on the inside part of the exhaust and hit it with a hammer.

yea i forgot rivets originally held the flange on since i got bigger skrews goin in mine. but yea theres so lil stupid adheasive but the 2part is prolly wats really holdin it in

Used a piece of wood and hammer on mine. Also used big arse screw driver on the flange end ( as a lever ) to wedge it out. The foam sticks to the pipe making it a PITA.
