Riva Red Pipe Cooling Lines and Jetting

Anyone know how to route cooling lines threw a Riva Red Pipe?!? Also I have a basically stock single carb(44) 61x 701 (2mm overbore and mild 61x case porting) what would be a good point to start with jetting?!

i ran dual cooling both into the manifold then the one on the chamber up top goes into the head and out the front of the head to a pisser and i ran the other one from the bottom of the chamber into the stinger and split it with a t and ran it to a pisser also if i remember correctly

I believe Goose is correct with his cooling. I do not have dual cooling but, run dual into the bottom of the manifold, one side of the head out the pisser, the other side of the head into the top of the pipe, the bottom of the pipe to a T into the pisser and the stinger.

As far as jetting... I've tried multiple things but try 120 low, and between 140 to 150 high with a gold spring. That should get your into the ballpark.

I also run a jetworks valve before the stinger.

i just looked and thats how i did run that pipe.as far as jets i went with a 120 piolet and 135 main that was on a 650 cant remember what i ran on a 701

Yes, I would tend to think 135 is a little lean for a ported 701. 90SJ definetely try richer jetting before going down.
