Riva power bomb carb question

My carb isn't pumpin any gas and the jets are clean. It's been sittin for about a year probably. That teeter tottin lookin thing on the inside isn't letting any gas through. Any ideas? The fuel lines are clear and the high and low needles are fine.

Does it have a primer? Gas turned on?

Has a primer hole. engine runs fine for about 5 sec when i pour some gas in then cuts off. Doesn't have a choke or typical primer. Gas is always on (new fuel rail got rid of turning the gas on/off/reserve)

here's some pics of the carb. I'm planning on dissecting it and blasting carb cleaner through all the holes tomorrow. all the diaphragms looks good. no tears or anything. i'm baffled if it's anything other than something clogged or gummed up

my power bomb didn't have a teeter totter. You need to look at the makuni SBN manual on line before you take it apart if you don't know what a needle and seat is.

Honestly, you need to hook up with someone close by that knows carbs.

Or get a manual.

I got it workin. appreciate it. I'm not too bad w/ carbs, just didn't know the names of anything other than the 2 jets and the high and low needles. Took it all apart and blasted holes w/ carb cleaner. There was something stopping up the hole under the high speed jet so it wasn't sprayin. Runs great now.
