OK..so installing a head isn't exactly rocket science, but I've never had one that allows for dual cooling lines.
Here's what I'm installing:
My stock head (oh yeah...2000 SuperJet) only has one water line running to it from a fitting at the rear of the hull (starter side of driveshaft). I noticed (as I am installinga new starter too) that on the carb side of the driveshaft there is a water fitting with no hose attached (not sure if that might be for a 2nd cooling line).
So anyways, what do I need to do to hook up a 2nd cooling line? or can I block one fitting off (maybe to be used for flushing)? or am I wrong and this head doesn't allow dual cooling lines?
Any help greatly appreciated....would love to try it out this weekend!!
Cheers
