Hi all,
After a very very long waiting time (8 months roughly) my white fiber glass XFS arrived in Poland. It is being processed by Customs. By finding a cheap shipper (sea transport) I paid only 1.5K usd for shipping 2 of them (all taxes and so on included).
Onto the build:
The motor that will be used is my old motor from my red/black defoamed RN SJ. It is a 727cc, SUDCO pistons, 200 PSI ATP head, wammer mod type Bpie Ltd, carbontech reeds, corrected/ported cylinder, single ATP intake and 48 BJ carb and EPIC ignition, ATP waterbox and jetworks valve.
The pump is coming also from the same ski and its specs: blueprinted, 12/17 skattrak swirl or cutback -3mm oem 2008 prop, wetwolf cone, bored nozzle to 85mm. The grate will be a new adjustable model from ATP.
Steering will be based on ATP billet pole, ATP steering system and bars, ODIs and PJS throttle.
I have a choice of 2 tanks to test: ATP tank or XFS backwall tank
I know this is not too much of a motor, but I think it will give a good testing and training base. We shall see how it can be ridden with smaller displacement and then go bigger. Plan is to have a larger cc cylinder after winter.
Any comments welcome + build advice. Pictures during or right after the weekend...
Thanks!
