The 2009 Sortie is Friday August 7th through Sunday August 9th at Hok Si La Park in Lake City MN on the Mississippi River. It is an amazing campsite with modern facilities (hot showers, bathrooms, running potable water).
We have a deal worked out with the campsite which will allow us to accommodate 80 campers and be in compliance with their city permit.
As such THERE ARE NO ACTUAL SITES BEING RESERVED. We have 13 sites reserved and they are allowing us to treat them as one giant group site.
If it looks likely that we are exceeding the 80 camper limit they have another group site which would allow us to add another 40 or so campers. Keep in mind there are also hotels within a mile if you prefer. There are no limits on how many people can be in the park during the day, however from 10pm - 8am all non-campers will need to be out.
Camping is about $16 per person per night, regardless of if you are in a single tent or have 4 campers in the same tent.
Some of the TCJP have put deposits down to help us meet the required group deposit, however we are not accepting any more deposits, it is just too much to manage. This is an on your honor sign up, so be considerate and don't sign up if you are 50/50 whether you are coming or not.
You will pay the park office directly when you arrive (park hours will be posted here, make sure you plan to arrive during them). You can stay just one night or both, but again it is $16 per person per night regardless. You will get a wristband for each of the nights you have paid for - that will be your indication that you have paid and will be allowed to remain in the park after 10pm. Don't lose your wristbands, we are not managing them and we are not giving away any under the table either.

If you are planning on CAMPING post here your name and your guests name and we will add you to this master list. Similarly, if plans change please post here and we will remove you. If you are not camping, then don't sign up, you can just show up and hang out during the day, we only need to keep tabs on how many people are CAMPING
Also please indicate if you are planning on only camping for Friday night, Saturday night, if you plan on camping both nights you do not need to specify.
