Super Jet Removing pump shoe?

Hi,
Found out one of my SNSJs has missing inserts on the pump shoe, one of the previous owners put through bolts in and there are nuts sticking up in the intake :twak:.

may be able to epoxy in some new ones or something, but if not, how hard is it to remove the shoe and install a new one?

Anyone????? I searched before posting, but cannot find anything on removing one.....is it just pry and grind???

A heat gun, and a guitar string work really well. Heat the glue up, then work the string along. A putty knife also is helpful.
