Refoaming Tray

So after all the foam is removed, do you:

A. foam the empty tray, trim and them epoxy in the access panel.
B. Epoxy in the access panel, drill a fill hole and a couple weep holes and then pour foam into the cavity?

i foamed the tray flat and cut the excess with a big saw and laid glass right over the tray and the foam.

have fun. its not as bad as it looks.

x2 - except i sanded the foam down to just below the level of the original tray, then fit the piece i cut out back in. then glassed over that.

I actually just did mine. I watched the foam rise...when I was confident it was going to fill the cavity I just put the cut out down and held it in place while the foam set up around it. Seemed to work good.
