reducing inserts

who has or makes threaded inserts to convert a 62t cylinder's thread from 10mm to 8mm ?
i've googled but not much luck!:banghead:

Just use the bigger bolts and open the holes up on your manifold because the exhaust ports are larger too on the 62T cylinder.
