Super Jet recomended spark plug gap

ive got a 96 sj, stock 701 engine with ada girdled head, msd ignition, carbon tech reeds, b-pipe, im currently running 90 octane, what would the spark plug gap need to be.

actually .028" would not be too reckless.

so im guessing the bigger the gap the bigger the spark?
