rebuildable core

what would you call a rebuildable core
i got a cylinder of ebay and when it got here one of the transfers is smashed and so it needs a new sleeve

its the cylinder in the picture but its not shown( funny that)
so now i am left with a cylinder that needs sleeves

whats your op before i do a charge back on this guy

Like I said on PWCT...."rebuildable core" to me sounds more seriously damaged than a simple bore & new pistons.

However, not mentioning a broken sleeve would piss me off.

i am checking what sbt say as a rebuildable core
if they say it is ok then i will accept it and give the guy bad feedback for not mentioning the smashed transfer

ok i just get this email back from his name so i am going to feel like a prick if do a charge back
"***** is no longer selling any parts he just had major head surgery to remove blood clots from his brain for a jet skiing accident a few yrs back at the world finals i am printing these emails for him when he i swell enough he will answer he will be out of commission for at least 3 to 4 months i know he does not have any more core cylinders his garage is 95% empty of parts he does have stxr/ultra cylinder set with pistons and a Yamaha starter i just posted on here for him and one single stxr/ultra cylinder kit ( 4 total) and a 1200r stock head other than that is all i found to sell his medical bills are piling up we just sold his ski's and his cars to help pay the bills he has coming in we all are trying to save his home so he does not lose everything due to this accident I have no idea what u bought and what he sent as i said when he is feeling better the emails we save for him he most likely will go through them all knowing him so give it some time for a answer from him
