Just put Yamalube in the oil tank. It's oil injector compatible.
My buddy has a ski rental outfit here in town and he has like 25 yamahas and he buys Yamalube by the 55 gal. barrel.. uses it in all of them..

You want to run the 2w its for waverunners. The 2m is for Yamaha outboard motors..

I use the W also and my shop refills my empty gallon container for $15 a gallon :arms:

I cant find 2W anywhere, and use 2M in my outboard, but since no one carries the correct yamalube, I've since been using pennzoil semi-synthetic TC-W3 no problems yet, also have used West Marine TC-W3 but the pennzoil is a bit cheaper by the 2.5 gal.

Meatball, I used 2-m today, no problems....overheating or anything on my stock motor with it...I think you would be alright with it, but might as well stick with what is working for you.

i usually run the lucas semi synthetic "smokeless" 2 cycle race oil.....no problems at all and i get it for $14 a gallon
