Ok. What can I do to stop this without actually buying rash guard? Can I just use something I have around the house? I guess what i'm saying is there anything I can use until I get rash guard? Thanks

I'm just wearing a white tshirt. I dont ahve so muh problems with rashes....its the material of my jacket that will kill your nipples...OUCH

The other thing you can do is put Vaseline over the sore spots or spots where rubbing will occur.

There is also a liquid rash guard that works well too. I use that when im surfing on REALY hot days

Where do you get that stuff from? I get it from my 'slippery' vest under my arms and my hips, and my neck. Feels like I am bleeding. :sad:

Well I was just asking more for today, since I couldnt get one and we went riding and I was hurting!! I will get one this week. I'm not THAT cheap, but gas is killing me :haha:
