Race legal footholds?

Can somebody help me out on this one. I figured that I can't do tricks b/c I always end up hurting something, so I figured I would try out racing:shocked1: Anways, my cousin told me that only some footholds are legal when racing....would anybody know which ones?

none are "legal".... you either have to plug them or tape over them

the other thing you can do is put lifter wedges in.

maccluggage mashers...or if its just a regional race no biggy you can ductape or put some temporary turf over deep holds i believe

but the mashers are race leagal for sure

yes, you would have to do some trimming...........
