I'm installing an adjustable one-way valve to my stinger, how do you know what to set it at to let the water in at the right time??

Usually the stock setting works best but it depends on how much water pressure you have in the hose and your cooling line configuration. Just mark the stock position and rotate it and see where it makes the most improvement.
