Quickie Hand Warmer Ideas

In the past I've always plumbed warm water off the head into the bars & drilled a series of holes in the grips, so water flows out to warm the underside of your hands. This has proven effective, but will take more time than I have before tomorrow's ride.

Instead, I'm looking for a quickie alternative. I've seen pics of just having tubes run parralel to the bars & end at the beginning of the grips, but I don't know how effective this would be. Seems most of the water would be going across the first finger & missing the others. Definately quick & easy.

Any other Q & E ideas?

when I was in a tight spot I removed my on/off.reserve switch and just ziptied it in the hull and I ran the pisser liner right through it so it would hit my feet but I could stick my hands under it to warm em up. Took 5 mins.
