Super Jet Putting a single carb on a 01 SJ

I'm planning on putting a single carb on my 01 SJ, factory limited b-pipe, pro-tec modded head(175 psi), single 44sbn , and what stock air box would fit this carb, or should I go larger on the carb

I've got a complete single carb intake setup for a 62t cases. I've got a super clean SBN 46 on a Wamiltons intake with carbon tech reeds and a Riva flame arrestor with outer wear. $400 shipped.
You can run a 61x airbox/ flame arrestor off a SN on a 44 carb.

stock fa from a single carb 650,701 yamaha will work great at keeping water out and they arent very restrictive.
