PUMPS in a SJ

what pumps will fit a RN superjet? (raider, wavblaster 2, gp800, etc.) Just curious as to what different stuff will fit or will fit with a little modifications

Any Yamaha 144mm pump should fit with little to no modification and the SJ driveshaft.

the only thing that is interchangable between all 144 pumps are the stator section, reduction nozzles bolt up the same but different nozles are different, and the impellers. wear rings, and drive shafts are different between 144 pumps, and some have a pump housing like the raider.

Any reason not to use a Raider nozzle? Mine came with a "cats" Raider drop nozzle setup for racing, and Raider turn nozzle. The only thing I did was cut the siphon tube way back to the side, it was about 2 inches long.

well if you want to use the raider nozzle for a trim system or a drop nozzle it will work but if your not looking for that then it wont work

the shaft will be way to long. no other ski has the same length shaft as a SJ

i am mainly interested in the impeller housing(wear ring) to swap out...would that work...is it 144mm?

it wont work the venture has a pump housing and the bolt that hold the pump together go through the wear ring, not thread into it like a sj pumps
