pump seals

i am changing my pump bearings and seals. i took my old ones out and it was a few days before i got my new ones
my question is, when putting the seals back in which one goes on first the thin one or the thick one, and which way faces down towards the bearing?

i already have have the manual download, just couldnt really tell on it which one was which!
