| I'm on a budget, so I bought this pipe cheap from a member on the X for my 61x 701. He, or someone else welded 1.75" to the chamber which was supposed to make it hit lower, but in all honesty, the pipe won't do a whole lot until 3/8 or mid throttle, but it hits hard when it gets there! Great power, really happy with my purchase, especially since it was about 30% of the cost of a B-pipe when I bought it. If you are on a budget like me and can't quite afford a b pipe, this is an excellent alternative. Comparing it to my buddies skis with b pipes makes me even happier because it has the same mid and top end, however the b pipe definitely excels in the low. To me, spending $500 more would be a waste, but don't get me wrong, the b pipe is absolutely a better option for more serious motors. |
