Protec Mach 1 help

i have a Protec Mach 1 pipe im trying to fit to my FX1

just trying to work out the Piping

my guess is the feed fronm the pump goes to the bottom of the manifold, the feed to the top of the manifold is the one that goes to the head

now heres my issue, the water pipe i have coming of the head had a t which then goes to the pisser...

i though the pisser came off the fitting on the exhaust chamber...

anyone got a manual they can email me?

Mine runs the pump to bottom of manifold.
the head to the inside water fitting on exhaust
the outside water fitting down to stinger with a t which runs to pisser
second water fitting on head to 2nd pisser.
Im not sure what the second fitting on the manifold is for as mine has been plugged from new, could be dual cooling?

Not quite, do you have 2 welded spiggots on the head pipe?
ifso then the one you can see in the pic runs directly down to the stinger. Then on the opposite side of head pipe that one runs to the head.
Again Im not sure why there is 2 water fittings on the manifold as mine doesnt use the top one.

nope.. what you see is all there is....

actually.. when you say spigot if your taking about the one thats on the bottom of the head pipe.. there is another on the back.. but they are not through holes

Yeah thats them they run into the water jacket in head pipe. this is where you can tune the pipe by adjusting the allen screws.

so you dont use the one on the top of the manifold or the one on the chamber?

Nearly, Pump to bottom manifold,

Spiggot ontop of headpipe down to stinger on chamber

Spiggot on bottom of headpipe to cylinder head.

You can the put a t in between the stinger and headpipe to run to pisser

The only one I dont use is the water fitting ontop of the manifold.

it looks to me like that exhaust maifold is set up for dual cooling
both those brass nipples are inlets from the pump
tapped for a second cooling line
water come OUT of the head to another nipple
is it on the backside in your photo?

Thats what i was thinking too.

makes sense.. im not running dual cooling so ill block the top one off
