Super Jet Protec 650 to 701 conversion

So I've already modified half of the exhaust to fit the 701 ports and was wondering if I should expand the water jacket ports as well?
I'm having too much fun with the dremel tool

Is the gasket covering some of the port? If so I would just trim the gasket and leave it be...

the gasket covers some of the port on the exhaust side. the engine side its completely open like the gasket. i think im going to widen it out a little bit at an angle and call it good. Anyone have a protect pipe for a 701 that they could take pictures of or measurements?

I have a pro-tec pipe from a 701 62t raider, and the water jacket ports look to be the exact same size as yours.

Are you trying to use a 650 gasket onto a 701 cylinder as well as a 650 manifold on to a 701 cylinder, if so match the gasket to the cylinder then set the gasket on the manifold, scribe and then widen as needed. Or just get a 701 gasket and use as reference
