My 750sx ran perfect. Let it set for a month and went to start it yesterday, turned over about five times then ceased up. Pulled the motor hoping it was free, and found out that the pump was locked up. So i pulled the pump and checked it out and found that my brand new prop had scraped the pump housing and locked up. I have no idea how it runs perfect with no problems... then after sittin for a while it just ceases up???
Only thought is maybe the pump bearing is shot. My pump cone was full of water and had little grease left in it. Can a bearing just got out like that sitting for only one month and cause the prop to hit the housing and lock up??? Please help me if you have had a problem like this before. Im stumped... Thanks
