Super Jet Problems : Cutting Out/Starting

FIRST PROBLEM: When starting my superjet it sounds as if the starter just spins, not turning the flywheel. What do you guys think the problem is? Ive taken the stator cover off and made sure the bendix(I think) is moving freely. Sometimes its close to starting but then stops engaging. What are your thoughts? SECOND PROBLEM: The few times this weekend I rode my ski, after about 10 or 15 minutes it would begin to lose power and then eventually die. I thought maybe the fuel filter was clogged cutting off the gas, but after replacing it the problem still continued. My ski ran strong with no problems my first trip to the river this summer and now this trip I am having these issues. Any help would be appreciated. Cant seem to get the videos up, from youtube.

Problem one: Only a few issues that can cause this. Bad starter. Bad bendix. You just have to figure it out. See if you can borrow something you know works right to test.

Problem 2: Check the fuel vent check valve. Check all of your fuel lines. Check your petcock.
