Pro-tec Blaster I pipe, any good?

I am looking at pipes for my Blaster and really want a B ltd, but may have to settle for a RIVA red or this Pro-tec:

Is it better than the RIVA red Blaster I pipe?

I was just looking at the Pro-tec website and I cant tell if this pipe that is on Ebay is a F series or a Mach I. Any Blaster Gurus our there?

That looks to be a Mach I. The f series was polished looking stainless I think. Those like to crack mounts from what I've heard.

I had a F series on my Superjet a long time ago and they have that one on the site, but the other F series have cast chambers.

It says the Mach 1 has adjuster misters like a B pipe.

I have a friend that has one of these same pipes on his SuperJet. Its been pretty reliable.

As for performance gains between this and the red Riva pipe, I beleive they will be almost identical.

From an installation point of view, the red Riva pipe is fairly difficult to install. Its easier to unbolt the whole motor, turn it sideways then bolt everything on. If installation isn't an issue I would rather have the red Riva pipe. The sucker is practically bullet-proof.

* Note that the Riva red pipe has a tendency to blow through its manifold-to-headpipe gasket if the upper head mount gets loose.
