You need to be more specific about what you want to know. If it's basic information, google 2 stroke expansion chamber. For tuning, simply put, more water flows in to the chamber more low end power you will get. Reduce the water flow will lead to less distortion of the soundwave hence higher rpm gains. Your right the power factory pipe is dry. My bad I did not see the power so forget what I said earlier. What I was talking about is the factory b-pipe(wet). Don´t know much about PFP´s so I cant help you there.
