Here is a link for a free program to resize pictures. Scroll down to image resizer and download. Makes resizing very easy. Not sure if there is already a how to thread on posting pics. If so, disregard this.

If you upload to the gallery, it resizes automatically for you.

But if you want to put one in a thread or a PM you have to do it yourself.
