Pop-Off & low speed jet questions

I'm running a single 44 on my SJ 145h 120l 2.3 & 95 g spring. It was running lean when I had a 115g in I swapped in the 95g now it's running much better. It loads up a little just off idle and still has some very minor hesitation a little higher up. I need to order some higher pilot jets. My question is is a higher pop-off going to make my ski run crisper? How much should I jet up? Given that I am going to be putting the 115g spring back in or possibly getting a 2.0 n&s and running the same pop-off pressure I would have on the 2.3 or possibly higher. Thanx

lean the idle mixture off a tad

when you say higher up where about higher up
is the ski just plaining or is it 3/4 throttle
full throttle ?/

how many turns out is the screw
it sounds liek you are talking about the cross over point between the pop off and the ls jet
i would try a 122.5 low

Ported over bored 62t cases, b pipe, pro-tec limited head, 6m6 stator and flywheel lightend by jr. magoos. 83mm bore, stock cdi, and porting. The porting is a mystery I bought the cylinder from matt_e it is raised some I don't know by how much but paul cleaned it up because the ports were too square, it has crazy mid to top and the torque is pretty flat the bottom is just sloppy right now. Wax, I am refering to the cross over point between the pop off and low jet. My main issue with the jetting is how much should I up the jets for a raise in pop off, and is running a higher pop off going to have any benfits.

P.S. Wax, that Ebay octane intake grate I bought from you fit perfect, I just had to scrape out some of the paint on the pump shoe end.

Thats excellent
i may keep the other octane grate i have for a superjet as well

from what you are saying i would try a 122.5 or a 125 low speed and see how it effects the ski
as i think you are just having a lean issue onto the low speed jet

dont go to far as its going to effect your mid a bit as well
however this maybe a good effect
