SXR Plug read...thoughts??

2006 SXR 800 Stock, 1st time out for the season, bone dry gas tank, fresh gas, fresh plugs, started up ran great, took it stab the throttle hesitates then runs fine, but not all the time, it does not feel as fast at WOT just not as peppy as it was and it rang rough sometimes. Pull the plugs and this is what I find, front plug looks great, rear has a frothy oily wet look. Compression is 150 in each hole, good strong spark, starts no problem and it idles funny and it wants to stall on the hose, if I do not keep the throttle up. I am thinking water leak or is this a carb tuning issue?? Also, it was a foggy rainy day when I was riding and it rained all night I pulled the plugs the next morning, there was a little condensation on the front plug as well. Any ideas or thoughts.

It was not milky or white with was frothly/bubbly and dark, that is what is throwing me off. Can the carb screws vibrate out/richer?? If it is the head gasket what are possible reasons it leaked??

Anyone else take a look at the plug photos and give me an idea???? have a new gasket for the head, should I get reed and intake gaskets or exhaust gaskets as well? Just try to get ready for when I have time to dive into it.
