300/440/550 PJS T3 550 Reed Cylinder...HELP!!!

My fiance is putting a PJS T3 550 motor together for me and i need help finding an intake manifold...dual 38 or single44 would work...not picky just want to get my new toy on the water...anyone with any info...please let me know...

Thanks for the link, i don't think that is a pjs intake manifold that i need though...i appreciate your help though...thanks again

Oh, its not just the normal reed intake?

you will need to find a PJS intake for the PJS cyls. they are getting tough to find. beware, PJS also made an aftermarket intake for the STOCK, OE kawi 550SX reed cyl as well, and it will NOT fit.

you can also get a westcoast racing intkae for teh westcoast reed cyl. with a little work, you can get it to fit the PJS reed cyl.

Took the words out of my mouth John. That ebay auction does look like a 550SX...even looks like a SX cylinder back behind it.

I have one mani on a ski now and another for the next T-3. I got a westcoast one from John a couple months ago and it will need the mounting holes drilled out to fit the cylinder. This is for yet another T-3 build.

If/when you get a PJS mani, check the opening at the reed cage side. Mine are a little narrow so I dremeled them out a bit.

Try Gordy, he sold me one in June...good luck.

Seems like jetting with dual 38's on these T-3's likes to be about 65 low and 100-110 highs.
