Beware of this guy. He was a deadbeat non payer on one of my items and this is the response I got from him after I told him to pay up or I would leave negative feedback. All the Aussies I have ever delt with were cool but this guy is a wack job.

This is his response:
Ok no worries do what ever makes you happy, you control freak. Like who gives a ******** what you do you pathetic pile of ********. You must have some serious issues man ? Pay for my part or i will tell on you and leave negative feedback? Whatever Mikie ********more, i will go and buy brand new rather than put up with your ******** Mikie ********more.

This guy is a tool so watch out for him.

Mike, You should at least submit this as a non-paying bidder for that item Select "report an item not paid for" (or something like that, next to the item in your "My eBay" page. That way, they will either pay or b emarked with a non-paying bidder strike by eBay. If they are a repeat offender, they will soon be off eBay.

Go to your dispute console and keep an eye on the non paying bidder report .if they issue you a final value fee than you can relist the item for free also .

I just got another email from the guy and it is safe to say the guy is mentally unstable. I can't post his email for the explicitives.

Thats a big YES. I am not going to go into it, but you can go back and look up people who have have 'shipping delivery problems' and figure out what has gone done.

Deffinatelly not. This is the first "wack job" I ever delt with EVER on ebay. I had goor transactions with a few guys from Australia so I'm sure this was just a fluke. Like Shonuff said, we have enough nuts here in the states.
