PayPal Troubles

I'm not for sure if anyone else has had this issue in the past and was able to get it resolved, but this past friday I was purchasing a few jetski parts and my account ended up having a limitation set on it. I have been trying to get in touch with a customer representative but their phone line is currently down because they have no one working due to the pandemic and everytime I have sent a message to their message center I have received the same automated message every time but once. I finally get a response saying that my account is permanently limited and I can never use it again along with any information linked to my account???? They said this was due to fraudulent activity. But in the past two months I have only used paypal to buy jetski parts and I donated to a few charity's a few weeks ago???? Not to mention I'm going into the airforce so Im deffinetly not one to commit fraud! This is really frustrating as I rely on paypal for online transactions. Also I have yet to receive a response as to the exact reason they did this. Has anyone else had this same problem and managed to get it fixed?

Did you sell anything during the same time or request a refund?

Not accusing, just trying to get a better picture.

Haha no worries, and no I did not sell anything but I did receive a refund from jet maniac a few weeks ago because he no longer had a style of footholds in stock

This is on PayPal’s website. Not sure if you’ve tried this or not.

Here's how to remove a limitation from your account:

1.Go to the Resolution Center.

2.Under 'You account access is limited', click Go to Account Limitations.

3.Next to each step required to remove the limitation, click Resolve and follow the steps to provide that information.
